To Our Valued Patients,
Our top priority is providing excellence in the care and safety of our
patients. We wanted to inform you of how we are addressing
Coronavirus (COVID-19) at Rockwall Oral Surgery. We hope this
information will help you to feel confident that you are safe in keeping
your dental appointment.
The universal precautions that our office adheres to exceed the
Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations for health care
facilities in dealing with all bacterial or viral particles, including the
COVID-19 virus.
In addition to these precautions, which typically pertain to the patient
treatment areas, we have begun disinfecting the common areas of
the office multiple times daily. i.e. waiting room chairs, checkin/
check-out counters, door handles, etc.
We do ask that if you have fever, persistent cough or shortness of
breath, that you postpone your dental visit. In addition, if you have
traveled to countries that the World Health Organization has given a
level 3 Travel Health Notice (currently China, Japan, Iran, Italy, and
South Korea) that you postpone your dental visit for 14 days from your
date of your return.
We appreciate your trust in Rockwall Oral Surgery.
